Weekend Recap

I had such a great weekend.  Friday night was girls night and although I bragged about how excited I was to go see Magic Mike I really thought it was a horrible movie!  There were a couple of scenes that were a little steamy but overall the movie was not good.  Girls night was a blast though and I enjoyed my time out with my friends.  The night started out with 15 out of us at the theater together.  We dwindled down to 7 for dinner and then 4 of us went dancing.

Notice my outfit?  One of my new purchases from Kiki La'Rue and I love it!!  I may or may not have taken advantage of a sale that they have going on right now too and bought a new dress over the weekend! I'm going to need lots more girls nights to show off my new outfits :)


I have a great friend who has a pool and tells me my pool is your pool so I took advantage this weekend of that.  She was out of town on a mission trip so Saturday I spent the day lounging at her pool with my bestie.  It was so nice to just relax and not have a care in the world.  Then Sunday after church I went back to the pool and enjoyed peace and quiet and a good book.  After hearing the world talk about how good Fifty Shades of Grey I thought that I would get in on it.  It's not quite what I expected but you don't want to put the book down!

Lastly my little sister is in labor!!  I am hopefully going to be an aunt again in the next few hours.  I am so excited for my lil niece to get here and to meet her.  I see a trip to Colorado in my very near future!
