We have had a busy couple of weeks lately. Riley has started T-ball and that has tied up two of our nights but it is so fun to go watch her that it is worth every minute of it! KK is loving going to the field and watching her sissy play. I just love how much they love each other and how close they are. When Riley is out on the field she will wave to KK. As cute as it is I have had to remind Riley that while she is on the field she needs to pay attention to the game and not her sister!

This weekend we went to Dallas to visit my parents and celebrate a few occasions. Saturday was my parent's anniversary and this Saturday is my sister's birthday, and the 22nd is Kk's bday so Saturday we had a nice dinner to celebrate all three. It was nice- we just had a little Mexican Fiesta as it was Cinco de Mayo and then the girls wanted to play in Pa's hot tub so the rest of the night was spent relaxing. Sunday the ice cream truck came by Grandma's house and the girls bought a treat. We don't have an ice cream truck around our house so they thought it was really neat.

This morning I woke up to a horrible surprise! I went to let the dogs out and when I stepped onto the kitchen floor slipped on water. Not a nice thing to wake up to!! I turned on the light and my kitchen floor was covered in water. Apparently I have some major plumbing issue with the dishwasher and instead of waking up to clean dishes I woke up to a mess! I tried to play plumber and it did not help so I will be meeting a plumber this evening when I get home.
